As a home owner, you will have to commission a Home Information Pack before your property can be marketed for sale by an estate agent or if you decide to sell your home privately.  In order to comply with new regulations, the property sales agent or home owner must ensure that the legal documents have been ordered and the Energy Performance Certificate must be available to view alongside the property details as soon as is possible.  The Home Condition Report is an optional survey detailing the condition of your property which will help to speed up the process of selling your home. 

Using Hacienda Home Information Pack Solutions, prospective buyers will be able to view the Home Information Pack including the legal documents, Energy Report and Home Condition Report online only once you have given permission for this to take place.  You or your sales agent can also distribute the Home Information Pack to parties interested in buying your property. 

As part of our services, we can also increase the exposure of the marketing of your property to prospective buyers by using the HHIPS Property Portal service.  Your property will be advertised online on selected property portals (depending on whether you are using an estate agent or selling the property privately) completely free of charge.
